Do I need to buy a skipass?
Children and adults all need a skipass, but it is free for children under 5 years old and can be collected from the ski lift ticket office, with proof of age.
For beginners, ski or snowboard, don't forget to take the "P'tite glisse" option in order to benefit from a preferential rate.

Morning, afternoon, or full day lessons?
You know your children well... don't ask too much of them. If they are still used to take a nap or if they are not morning people, be careful not to upset their habits.
Can we attend our children's lessons?
"Hide" behind a slalom pole to watch your child: it's human nature your little one will spot you before you know it and this might make him cry or take away his desire to ski and have fun with his new friends!
Ask instead for a small recap at the end of the session. We have your phone number (to give to our hostesses) in case of need, or big sorrows, we'll contact you quickly.

Is equipment provided?
You must all bring your own equipment to the lessons. Contact the resort's sports shops for rental.
Do the prices mentioned include insurance?
The esf does not insure its students, we highly recommend you take out " Snowrisk", a specific insurance that will protect you in case of accident or disease. You can find more information in the Insurance section, or contact your bank: sometimes your credit card insures you!
What happens if my stay is interrupted or cancelled?
